[Itch Page] UE5 | Team of 15 | 2025 | Over two weeks I gained valuable leadership and teamwork experience for this game jam entry.

Team Lead

As Lead, I was first to reach out and organize the jam team. I ensured throughout production that members' ideas were well communicated, and personally delegated tasks based on their specialisms. I also oversaw in-person communication, both organizing and recording meetings.

Technical Lead

As Tech Lead, I managed a multi-contributor repository, avoiding and resolving merge conflicts. During initial ideation, I created tech demos for potential avenues including a sidescroller and PCG viability (shown below).
