[Team of 15] Over two weeks I gained valuable leadership and teamwork experience for this game jam entry.
Team Lead
As Lead, I was first to reach out and organize the jam team. I ensured throughout production that members' ideas were well communicated, and personally delegated tasks based on their specialisms. I also oversaw in-person communication, both organizing and recording meetings.
